Overview

This article helps with issues when in the submenu, Append Hebrew Document is missing. This option scans the Hebrew/Arabic document because it is written from right to left. This article aims to guide you on how to retrieve the submenu. 

Resolution

1. Access Adobe Acrobat Pro and go to OLive > Settings 

1. A notepad editor automatically opens. Check the value set for the flag EnableAppendHebrewDoc.

Two Possibilities

1. The flag is set to a value different from 1.
   
2. Change it to 1 and save. If the issue still persists, go to step 2.

1. The flag is already set to 1.
2. This appears to be a bug. Escalate the ticket to L2 for further investigation.
