Overview

This KB article will provide the user with useful information about using the Image tab to specify a logo for a location profile.

Information

The uploaded logo will be displayed on all purchase and sales documents created for the location. However, sublocations cannot have separate logos.

Use Case: A different logo can be specified for the retail store and distribution outlets that are set up as locations. Thus, sales invoices printed for the retail store will bear a different logo from those printed for the distribution store.

To specify a logo for a location, perform the following steps:

1. Click on the lookup button. An Open dialog box will appear on the screen.
2. Select the appropriate logo. The selected logo will be displayed in the image window.
3. After specifying the details, save the profile.
