This article describes the resolution steps when the Everest BAM Monitor Activities and CRM Studio modules stop sending automated/scheduled notification Emails.
This problem occurs when the BAM (Business Activity Monitoring) service that creates and sends automated emails is not running and is resolved by restarting the EverestACRM service as described below:
- Open the Windows Services Manager (services.msc) on the server running Everest.
- Locate and restart the EverestACRM service by selecting the service and clicking on Restart.
- If the above steps do not successfully restart the service consider rebooting the Server.
Everest CRM Studio should once again automatically create and send automated notification emails.
