New Support Portal for Artemis (now Aurea Planning Solutions)

 

 

 

Dear Artemis Customers,

 

We are excited to introduce the Aurea Customer Support Portal (https://support.aurea.com/) where from today on, you will submit any support related issues.

 

The Aurea Support Portal provides a complete case management user experience, so you can:

  • Create a case for assistance
  • Update the case real-time through comment fields
  • Add attachments 
  • View progress and all comments added by the support team handling your issue 
  • Escalate and Close a case

In addition to case management, other great features in your new support portal include: knowledge base, performance dashboard, client satisfaction, and case visibility. To make this transition as smooth as possible, a list of helpful resources is provided below.
