Overview

This article lists the steps required to fix an issue presented in the TOI Landing page and Firefox where the publication doesn't load completely as shown in the following picture:

Prerequisites

• You need to have the Latest Firefox Version

Diagnosis

The root cause for this issue that Enhanced Tracking Protection is Enabled on Firefox, which caused the site to be broken.

Solution

1. Open Firefox
2. Navigate to your publication.
3. Click on the shield icon next to the address bar.
   
4. On the window that opens, toggle the Enhanced Tracking Protection as shown in the image below:
   
5. A message will come up confirming that the Enhanced Tracking Protection is off.

Testing

The Landing page will load completely fine.
