Unlocking a User Account in ResponseTek

Overview


If your account is locked, you should reach out to your Programme Manager to unlock it.

If you are a Programme Manager, you can follow the steps below to unlock a user account. If you are facing any issues during this process, please submit a ticket to our Support team.


 

Process

  1. Log in to eManager.
  2. Navigate to Tools > User Manager.

  3. Search for the affected account by their username or email. Also, you can select the Show Locked Only option.

  4. Click Edit next to the user account.

  5. Uncheck the Lock Account option and click Save.

    Note: Alternatively, you can click Reset Password as this action will unlock the account automatically.
