Disabling a User in ResponseTek


At times, you may need to deactivate a user when your colleague leaves the company or changes the department, etc.

To do so, you need to submit a ticket to our Support team and you need to be a Programme Manager or authorized contact. 

When submitting a ticket, please make sure to provide:

  • Username or email that needs to be disabled.
  • User to whom we should reassign associated Hierarchies, Actions or Hierarchy Accountabilities if there are any, or state that you want the user to be Force Disabled (without reassigning accountabilities and actions). This will help to speed up the completion of your request.
