You can contact support using either of the following ways:

 

Via Support Portal

You can contact Synoptos Support Team through the Synoptos Support Portal by creating a request.

  1. Log in to the Synoptos Support Portal.

  2. Click on the Submit Request option on the top right corner.

  3. Select Synoptos Support from the Request Type dropdown.

  4. Enter the following information:
    • Company:
    • Phone No.:
    • Contact Name:
    • Type of request:
    • Comment(s):
  5. Check one or both of the following, if applicable:
    • This data is originating from the European Economic Area or Switzerland.
    • This ticket may contain highly sensitive data such as personal data, personally identifiable information, healthcare data, financial information.
  6. Click on Submit.
