This article provides the resolution of an issue, which you may experience when the assets stay in the plugin after sending the rights request offer. This issue may occur due to the following reasons:
- The Chute plugin may be corrupted if you have recently updated your plugin and started experiencing this issue.
- The Chute plugin may be outdated.
To resolve this issue, you need to uninstall your current plugin and download a fresh one.
Navigate to Chrome Extensions by clicking the 3-Dotted icon at the top right corner of your Chrome browser. Select More Tools, and then click Extensions.
Search for the Chute Rights extension and click Remove to uninstall it.
Click Remove on the second prompt window to confirm.
Select Add to Chrome.
Click Add extension to confirm.
NOTE: At the time of writing this article, the latest version of the Chute plugin is Chute Rights 1.0.3.
