This article will help when a user is unable to save an e-edition using the download functionality. This article provides the steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue and enable you to download the eEdition successfully.
Try to use the download functionality by accessing the e-edition in incognito mode. In Chrome, press CTRL+SHIFT+N to open an incognito tab. If it works, then proceed with the next steps, else contact Olive Support.
Since the functionality is working in incognito mode, it is time to clear your browser cache to resolve this issue. At the top right of your Chrome browser, click the for opening the more options menu.
Go to More tools > Clear browsing data.
In the Advanced tab, at the top, choose a Time Range. To delete everything, select All time.
Select the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files checkboxes.
Click Clear data. This will clear your cache.
The download functionality will start working, and you will be able to save the e-edition.
