Reactivating Users in FirstRain

Overview

This article explains how to enable users' access and allow them to start receiving emails again by activating their accounts in FirstRain.

 

Requirements

Must have Administrator privileges.

 

Process

  1. Log in to FirstRain.
  2. Select [Your Name] on left-side menu.

  3. Click Administration from the resulting drop-down list.

  4. Go to the Users tab and search for the appropriate user on the Find by Name or Email textbox.
  5. Click Actions under the desired user.

  6. Select Activate from the drop-down list.

  7. The message Status updated successfully is received confirming that the account has been activated.
