Logging Into FirstRain for the First Time


A FirstRain account was created for you but you are not sure how to access the application.


  1. Check your email (including the Spam folder) - you should have received an email to activate your account.
    • If you haven't received an invitation email, open the FirstRain app, enter your email and click Forgot Password; then check your email again.


  2. Open the invitation email you received and click Activate Your Account (or click Choose a new password if you used the forgot password option).


  3. On a new page, enter a password for your account and click Update.
    Note: If your company is using single sign-on (SSO) with FirstRain, you will be redirected to a personalized SSO login page and should be able to log in using your company account (e.g., Google, Windows).


  4. Log in to the FirstRain app using your email and newly created password.
