Overview
This article provides information about supported browsers for Olive web applications such as ODN 1.5, ODN2.1, and APA on all devices.
Prerequisites
Technically, every browser listed below with a checkmark is supported, but the SE7 QA tests are running on the following browsers:
- Windows Chrome Desktop
- IOS Safari
- Android Chrome
Therefore, the above browsers are considered a requirement if you would like to run the Olive web apps.
Diagnosis
The hosted site is tested using the SortSite application, and this can be used as a reference for the supported browsers.
Solution
In Olive, there are 3 major web applications used by end-users:
- ODN 1.5
- ODN 2.1
- APA

Note: Most Android devices from 4.4 onwards use Chrome as the default browser; older versions use the original Android stock browser.

Testing
You can try any of the Olive web apps on the already mentioned supported browsers and you should not have any error messages at all.
