Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the NuView CORT Payroll version 2019.09.

The September 2019 release includes new features, significant issue resolutions, and platform updates to enhance user experience and software efficiency.

Features

• Introduced the option for users to select folder locations for saving pdf files while printing direct deposits.
• Added new employer-specific tax instructions, including New York Employer Compensation Expense Tax (ECET) and California Employment Training Tax (ETT).
• Implemented enhanced report visibility for custom user reporting related to COBRA Status Balances.
• New functionalities to manage and delete previously generated W-2 documents through a simple menu addition.

Bugfixes

• Fixed an issue where changes were not saved in the 940 Form.
• Resolved deductions not being taken for New York and Massachusetts Family Leave taxes.
• Updated the accruals functionality to force updates effectively for employee payroll management.
