Features

• ObjectStore 2013.0 is certified on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 with GCC 4.4.7.
• Support for Java Enums and JDK 5 Generics.
• Improved schema management and evolution capabilities.

Bug Fixes

• Multiple issues related to performance during schema installation have been resolved.
• Fixed unexpected exceptions with multi-thread applications on Windows platforms.
• Resolved several internal errors, including race conditions between fetch and callback in the caching layer.

Supported Platforms

ObjectStore Release 2013.0 is supported on the following platforms:

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4 (both 32-bit and 64-bit).
• Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows Server 2012 (all 64-bit).

Restrictions and Limitations

Several limitations exist in this release:

• 32-bit ObjectStore not supported on 64-bit Windows.
• Internet Explorer 9 cannot be used to access the System Administration Tool correctly.
• Long long literals cannot be represented in the schema, which can result in truncation errors.
