Introduction
We are happy to share the release notes for the Everest Standard v8.0.18.
Summary
The main focus of this release is to address several issues within the CRM, custom tracking, email notifications, form designer, purchasing, and reports modules.
Key Features
- Enhanced CRM email notifications to trigger changes based on custom fields in Purchase Invoices.
Issues Fixed
- Resolved persistence issue with Purchase documents search screen filters.
- Prevented saving of custom tracking forms for purchase documents until errors are resolved.
- Fixed duplication of email notifications when modifying Purchase Invoice costs.
- Correctly exclude ‘authorized in full amount’ documents from Pull Sheet sales order search results when applicable.

Magento eCommerce Integration
The integration between Everest System and Magento eCommerce is supported through a developed Magento Connector. It requires installation on the Everest Server and deployment of a Magento extension.
Installation Instructions
Everest Standard v8.0.18 can be obtained by creating a Zendesk ticket to either obtain download credentials or arrange for a scheduled installation by the Managed Upgrade team.
Note: A clean install is necessary due to rewrites in version 7.1.0, and appropriate licensing information should be secured before proceeding with the upgrade.
