Release Overview

The Prologic Head Office CIMS version 9.5.1 was released on August 23, 2019. It is a Generally Available release aimed at enhancing product stability and functionality.

Features

Improvements in data management and cleaning of temporary tables to enhance performance. Specific enhancements include:

• Automatic cleaning of tmp_pos_defs_mixed and tmp_pos_items_mixed to prevent performance issues over time.

Bug Fixes

This version addresses several defects, including but not limited to:

• System hang when executing program for a given week in WS7M screen (PROLOGICCID-9652).
• Issues with work unit numbers in DE7T not being accounted for by i6g-1.exe (PROLOGICCID-9673).
• Incomplete shop code listing in RO0A form (PROLOGICCID-9605).
• Duplicate refunds created due to multiple entry paths (PROLOGICCID-8401).
• Receipts showing items from old transactions (PROLOGICCID-8316).

Known Issues

While many issues have been addressed, some known issues persist, including:

• Performance issues in item details updates (PROLOGICCID-8853).
• Issues relating to special characters in package modifications (PROLOGICCID-8909).
• Improvement needed for the priceFeed process (PROLOGICCID-8817).

• Browser: Certified on Chrome 60+; Supported on Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla Firefox 52+, Microsoft Edge 40+.
• Database: Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition.
