KONFIG 2013 Standard Edition R2 Release Notes

Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the KONFIG 2013 Standard Edition R2.

Summary

The KONFIG release introduces various enhancements focused on improved performance, security updates, and additional functionality to streamline user operations.

Features

  • Support for multi-select operations in common folder tasks.
  • Ability to check-in items with files greater than 2 GB.
  • Enhanced searching capabilities to include file names during searches.
  • Color coding for active branches to improve navigation among multiple branches.
  • Status indicators added for processes to inform users about ongoing operations.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed issues with links in system items that were not functioning properly.
  • Resolved problems that caused context menus to malfunction in Internet Explorer 9.
  • Corrected inconsistencies in the display of saved advanced searches.

KONFIG Files Change Details

The following KONFIG delivered source files have changed in this release and may require merging with custom code:

  • Modified files: DsItem.java, AbstractQueryBuilder.java, kcmFolder.tag
  • Newly added files: update_attribute.sql
  • No files were removed in this release.
