Prologic Head Office Version 9.2.3 Release Notes

Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the Prologic Head Office Version 9.2.3. This release is aimed at enhancing the overall performance, adding new features, and fixing reported issues.

Summary

This release includes a total of 4 new features and 16 bug fixes. The primary focus has been on improving user interface interactions and correcting previously identified issues to enhance operational efficiency.

New Features

• Warning Message on Sales Order Form:
  A new warning message has been added to form WO0A when the selling price entered exceeds the ticket price (PROLOGICCID-2266).
• Enhanced Click and Collect Orders:
  Multi Channel Allocation now allows despatch notes to be generated through MetaPack, depending on whether orders are allocated to the pickup store (PROLOGICCID-2326).
• Privilege for Rejecting Despatches:
  Users can now reject despatches in PICK state that have already been accepted by the store (PROLOGICCID-2356).
• Forward Movement Process Improvement:
  The multi-channel forward movement process has been enhanced to support WMS stock-adjustment export (PROLOGICCID-2267).

Bug Fixes

• Priority for Click and Collect Orders:
  Fixed priority handling for different shops when creating home shopping order despatch notes (PROLOGICCID-2312).
• Database Package Enhancement:
  The CDI_XSOR_PKG now checks all despatches for a given sales order to ensure they are in the DONE state before notifications (PROLOGICCID-2313).
• Despatch Mail Order Picks Issue Resolved:
  Fixed issues that occurred when single despatch mail order picks specified to pick up only rank 5 orders (PROLOGICCID-2327).
• Log Rotation Configuration Update:
  This has been amended to better suit new Oracle product versions used in CIMS9 (PROLOGICCID-2330).
• Meaningful Error Messages Added:
  New error messages related to stock movement import cases (PROLOGICCID-2335).
• More fixes include enhancements for invalid PoS transactions, stock movements in WMS, and resolution of various display errors on forms (full list available in the detailed notes).

Known Issues

The release notes identify several known issues, including:

• Some records with specific identifiers can cause errors upon import (PROLOGICCID-1666).
• Gift voucher statuses may not reflect correctly (PROLOGICCID-1730).
• Occasional transaction type acquisition issues (PROLOGICCID-1921).
