• INFOBRIGHT-2543: Corrected SELECT statement behavior returning incorrect data on Windows installations.

• INFOBRIGHT-888: Fixed silent issues when using LOOKUP/DIMENSION with BYTEA columns.
• INFOBRIGHT-912: Stopped ibengine from restarting when counting min/max from an array constant.
• INFOBRIGHT-2680: Improved accuracy in decimal division compared to PostgreSQL.
• INFOBRIGHT-2728: Resolved an issue preventing Postgres service from starting on Windows 2008/2012.
