We are happy to share the release notes for the Prologic Head Office version 9.0.2.
Summary
This release introduces several enhancements and bug fixes aimed at improving user experience in Prologic Head Office. Key highlights include new features related to operation management and user administration, along with numerous bug fixes addressing customer-reported and internally identified issues.
Features
This release implements 4 new features:
- PROLOGICCID-1448: CIMS 9 has been enhanced to utilize Java Web Start technology, eliminating the need for a browser plugin and allowing the application to run independently of a browser.
- PROLOGICCID-1831: Resolved an issue where inactive CIMS customers could cause transaction rejections during imports; such transactions are now accurately captured.
- PROLOGICCID-1884: Improved the warehouse transfer import logic to adjust dispatch quantities according to available stock, preventing the blocking of operations due to insufficient quantities.
- PROLOGICCID-1929: Introduction of new daemon management commands (adc-start and adc-stop) to manage ADC services interactively.
Bug Fixes
The release also addresses 36 bug fixes, including:
- PROLOGICCID-1554: Warning now displayed if creating a user with an existing User ID.
- PROLOGICCID-1812: Fixed printing issues related to credit notes during exchanges.
- PROLOGICCID-1837: Enhanced performance for the WS1M report to prevent long execution times and errors due to large queries.
- PROLOGICCID-1973: Corrected the state issues for transfers not being picked up during multi-company invoice generation.
- PROLOGICCID-2060: Updated Oracle Forms and Reports to the new version 12.2.1.1.0.
