- [OSCID-37369] - Adjusted default permissions for Cache Manager temporary files when run by non-root users on Linux. The new permissions set to 660 instead of 666.

Known Issues
Some notable known issues include:
- Limitations with databases exceeding 1 TB may cause server crashes.
- Indexed cursor iteration order can be incorrect in cases of multiple virtual inheritance.
- Modern C++ features (C++11 and beyond) are unsupported in ObjectStore contexts.
- Support Discontinuance: Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 support will end on Dec 31, 2020.
