Details of significant issues fixed:

ORTRN Items: The G/L file correctly presents ORTRN items.
Idaho Tax Calculation: Fixed computation issue for Idaho State Tax for certain employees.
Massachusetts Information: Instructions regarding the new Massachusetts Employer Medical Assistance Supplement have been added.
Time Entry Totals: Included 'Time Entry' totals in the Payroll Range Totals report.
Family and Medical Leave: Added provisions for Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave 2019.
FICA Updates: Updated FICA and Employer FICA for 2020.
Ohio State Tax: Provided updates for the 2019 Ohio State Tax.
