Summary

The Acorn PA5G/AAA 2020.2 release includes significant enhancements, revamped features, and several bug fixes aimed at optimizing user experience and performance.

New Features

• Grid Component Rewrite: Transitioned from the legacy Silverlight-based grid to a newly developed Angular grid component for improved modern web standards.
• User Interface Rewrite: Major overhaul of the user interface for screens using the grid component and other widgets.
• Diagram Component Rewrite: Enhanced functionalities for applications utilizing diagram components.

Resolved Issues

The following issues have been addressed in this release:

• Revised default size for existing Attribute definitions for the String type.
• Fixed installation issues where versioned Start menu items were not created correctly.
• Ensured the General Ledger Assignments Download Excel page always shows correct percentage values.
• Resolved display errors for duplicate Global IDs on the Transactions page.
