We are happy to share the release notes for the Prologic Point of Sale version 8.2.3.
Summary
The main changes in this release include enhancements to receipt formatting and the initialization process for Series8 stores, along with various bug fixes and improvements.
Features
- Receipt formats have been amended to ensure logos are displayed correctly across all layouts.
- Improvement in the initialization of Series8 store attributes, ensuring complete record insertion.
Bug Fixes
- Receipt formats were updated to display a bigger logo on existing layouts.
- Issues regarding missing loc_attributes records during Series8 store initialization have been resolved.
- Various identified bugs affecting CIMS and Point of Sale have been addressed, including errors with discount sorting and printing processes.
Known Issues
The following are the known issues still present in the Prologic Point of Sale system:
- PROLOGICCID-104: Scanner error related to import quantity exceeding the CIMS quantity.
- PROLOGICCID-315: Issues with updating despatch quantities in HS7G.
- PROLOGICCID-513: Product margins calculated incorrectly for some items.
