Features
This release includes updates to ensure compliance with state requirements for tax submissions, including improved handling of special characters and spaces in names.
Fixed Issues
- 1099R MagMedia File Issue: Resolved an issue where the 1099R submission to the state of Oregon was being rejected due to incorrect formatting when special characters or spaces were present in employee names.
- FUTA 940 Report Runtime Error: Fixed a runtime error when generating the FUTA 940 report that was caused by a type mismatch in the application.
- Electronic W-2 Submission Error: Implemented the necessary support for the RV record in the electronic W-2 submissions for Iowa state to prevent any errors upon submission.
