Prologic Head Office Version 9.2.11 Release Notes

Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the Prologic Head Office version 9.2.11.

This release introduces significant improvements and functionality with the implementation of 9 new features and resolution of 4 bugs.

BIP reports processing is enhanced for queuing and emailing all BIP reports with XLS output.
A new "Search" button on the Product Entry form PD0A facilitates refined product searches.
Introduction of the COPY ALL button on the Product Stock Movement window WS0C to enhance usability.
Standardization of title names for DE7 EDI Interfaces to improve clarity.
Enhancement of the sales return process with a new quarantine stock location for returns.
Improved stock movement import process to use a mapping table instead of hardcoded logic.
Expansion of the receipt_id column for compatibility with third-party systems generating larger receipts.
XDI client service polling enhancements for additional parameter processing.
New logging for BIP web service error reasons in case of failures.

Resolved issues where channelized movements were not accounted for in the current stock for dispatch calculation.
Fixed the calculation for historical stock for specified week to accurately reflect out movement lines.
Updated OrderCreate web service to include records from the CDI.CDI_SOR_PAYMENTS table.
Addressed a code error causing the replenishment program to hang.

As with any update, some known issues remain unresolved, including:

Gift vouchers incorrectly marked as redeemed.
Duplicate records in Items extract XML file when updating style definitions.
Blocking of the application launch due to Java security on expired certificates.
Conflict issues causing incorrect record deletions in XDI.
Missing data in product information during launches.
