Prologic Head Office CIMS 9.2.2 Release Notes

Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the Prologic Head Office CIMS version 9.2.2.

The main changes in this release include several enhancements and bug fixes aimed at improving the performance and usability of the application.

PROLOGICCID-2140: Enhanced Form AR03 (Stock Transfer Request) to allow entering "Third Party" shops as source or destination for transfer requests.
PROLOGICCID-2173: WS7A - Stock Check (PI) Creation screen now includes a Product Category field for more flexible product selection.
PROLOGICCID-2270: Shipment confirmations now automatically set the Despatch Notes to SEND when imported using EDI.
PROLOGICCID-2297: Debug logging is improved with the use of Unix timestamps for filenames, enhancing performance in creating debug files.
PROLOGICCID-2324: The EP9A form (Master Control Table) is now available for viewing/editing portal control variables.

PROLOGICCID-2283: Fixed issue where CIMS did not allow opening the same screen multiple times due to improper instance checks.
PROLOGICCID-2291: Performance improvements in the PD6D program for barcode creation on the XDI layer.
PROLOGICCID-2293: Enhanced HS0C process to allow skipping failed validations and continue processing subsequent orders.
PROLOGICCID-2294: Added handling for unaddressed Oracle errors in the scheduler code, fixing issues that caused it to become stuck.
PROLOGICCID-2300: Resolved issue with the chopped off "Grade Code" column headings on the Grades subform on Form AR0Y.

The following are known issues identified in this release:

PROLOGICCID-1666: Records with sac_sor_num not null cause error upon CIMS import.
PROLOGICCID-1730: Gift vouchers incorrectly marked as redeemed on a till.
PROLOGICCID-2008: Issues with importing exchange transactions where totals reflect a net sale.
PROLOGICCID-2101: Issues related to issuing credit note partial refunds.

Recommended operating systems include Windows 7/8 with Internet Explorer 11.0 or Firefox 31+.
Java 7 update 55 or above is required for executing CIMS effectively.
