Tech Illustrator 2014 Update 1 Release Notes

We are happy to share the release notes for the Tech Illustrator 2014 Update 1. This release was made available on 1st September 2014.

This release addresses several customer-reported issues, including:

• Fixed various print preview problems (Tickets: ATCID-837, ATCID-857).
• Resolved issues with toggling IC and using the ALT key (Tickets: ATCID-817, ATCID-832).
• Improved display issues related to images and line styles palette (Tickets: ATCID-830, ATCID-834).
• Fixed problems with pattern fills and CGM file formats (Ticket: ATCID-800).
• Corrected issues related to the Help menu directing users incorrectly (Ticket: ATCID-853).
• Addressed display issues for the User Reference PDF (Ticket: ATCID-820).

Known Issues

At the time of release, the following known issues persist:

• CGM converter issues with generating standard S1000D v2.3 CGM files (Ticket: ATCID-335).
• Inconsistencies in CGM conversion (Ticket: ATCID-366).
• Problems with specific commands and coding related to CGM files (Tickets: ATCID-795, ATCID-796).
• Functionality issues with the Shade Button in 3D View (Ticket: ATCID-836).
