Prologic XDI Version 4.2 Release Notes

Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the Prologic XDI version 4.2.

This release introduces a total of 713 new features along with 16 bug fixes, enhancing the performance and functionality of the Prologic XDI system.

This version includes the following key features:

Real-time Stock Feed: A new registry-based real-time stock feed has been introduced.
CIMS Interface Enhancements: The interface is enhanced to import new types of transactions/orders extracted by Store6.
Unconfirmed Order Web Service API: A new API allows Store6 to pass order details to CIMS for confirmation and retrieval of order numbers.
Torque Interface Enhancements: Improvements to import pre-advice receipt data, adjustments, and returns.
Enhancements in Stock Handling: Enables movement and adjustments of ring-fenced stock.
Warehouse Stock Extracts: Excludes specific units defined by control parameters and enhances data processing of return reasons and discounts.
Handling Multiple Import Transactions: Torque import can now handle multiple transactions within a single XML.

Several bugs have been addressed in this release:

Stock Adjustment Reason Codes: Fixed the issue causing failures when multiple reason codes were used.
Store Transfers: Enhanced routine to allow smoother operations from Aptos Store6.
Transaction Imports: Addressed validation errors that occurred during PoS transaction imports.
Extraction Issues: Fixed problems with GRN and picks extraction for Torque.
Various Other Fixes: Improvements to error handling for incoming transactions and default price list selection.
