We are happy to share the release notes for the NuView CORT Payroll version Payroll.2017.June.

Summary

The main changes in this release include several important issue resolutions and updates to ensure better functionality of the payroll software.

Fixed Issues

This release addresses the following issues:

  • NVPCID-652: The Quarterly Unemployment File for Texas was not generating as a CSV/XLS file.
  • NVPCID-1439: Printing of a noncash entry on a check was not possible.
  • NVPCID-1508: Errors occurred during accrual computations when there were more than 20 accrual schedules.

Features

The key enhancements implemented in this release are:

  • Support for generating the Quarterly Unemployment File for Texas in CSV/XLS format, facilitating filing for employers using Unemployment Tax Services online.
  • Resolved issues related to the printing of noncash entries on checks.
  • Fixes to computation errors when processing more than 20 accrual schedules.

  • CORT Classic Payroll: Users are advised to run the new installer to apply this update.
