We are happy to share the release notes for the Prologic Head Office version 8.8.

Summary

The main updates in this release include several new features and multiple bug fixes aimed at improving the overall functionality and performance of the system.

New Features

The following key features have been introduced in this release:

• Fabric Composition Tracking: A new Material Definition (MD0A) form allows the inclusion of the '%' character for material contents, along with new control parameters for Supplier, Attribute, Units, and more.
• Franchise Stock Count Import Enhancement: The stock count import process now includes a step to review prior processing.
• Improved Audit Data Handling: The audit data maintenance functionality has been enhanced to delete old audit data from all available audit tables.
• Product Dispatch Note Format Conversion: The DI5P (Product Despatch Note) has been converted to BIP format.
• Sales Order Rank Column Size Increase: The sales order rank column's size has been increased from a single digit to two digits.

Bug Fixes

Numerous issues reported by customers and identified internally have been addressed, including:

• Form F3A data display issue resolved.
• Delivery issues to Australian stores from the UK warehouses have been fixed.
• Performance improvements for O1M (Product Stock Movement) report, reducing processing time significantly.
• Resolved delays in the system's response for specific functions and forms.
• Patched errors related to polling processes and data handling issues.
