NuView CORT Payroll - Release Notes for October 2017

Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the NuView CORT Payroll version Payroll.2017.October.

Summary

The main changes in this release are focused on bug fixes and improvements, addressing various issues that affect the functionality and user experience of the CORT Payroll software.

Features

No new features have been added in this release. It primarily focuses on fixing existing issues.

Bug Fixes

The following major issues have been addressed:

• NVPCID-1848: Titles getting suppressed on Handcheck.
• NVPCID-1661: Allocation of used Employee number when creating new employees.
• NVPCID-1827: Employee Accrual Schedules - Elipsis button disabled.
• NVPCID-1839: Run Time Error message appears if additional deductions are cancelled.
• NVPCID-1852: Only "Total Deductions" is printed on checks; both "Total Earnings" and "Total Deductions" should be printed.
• NVPCID-2002: Issues with Deduction Utilities when changing end dates.
• NVPCID-2026: Unable to change the taxes for hand checks; system throws a posted error.
• NVPCID-2048: Missing records in Employee's Deductions section if additional deductions are cancelled.
• NVPCID-2073: Elipsis button is disabled on Employee G/L Distribution.
• NVPCID-1953: Information elements disappear after user interaction in Options.
• NVPCID-2098: Users cannot run reports from the NHR.exe application.
