Prologic XDI Release Notes - Version 3.9

Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the Prologic XDI version 3.9.

Summary

The release introduces a new feature and addresses two issues reported by users. This is aimed at enhancing the overall user experience and ensuring the application runs smoothly.

New Features

• Transaction Validation Enhancements: The XDI services have been improved to check and reject all transactions belonging to invalid customers. Now, transactions involving inactive customers will be allowed to hold on the DE7T and not be outright rejected by the system. This feature improves the robustness of transaction handling.

Bug Fixes

• Fix for CDI Interface Unique Constraint Error (PROLOGICCID-1717): This fix resolves an issue where, during the import of PoS transactions into CIMS, data deletion from CDI tables was affecting the CDI_POS_GRP_CONTROL table. The enhancement to XDI code prevents unique constraint violation errors during this process.
• CDI Import of BTe PoS Transactions (PROLOGICCID-1795): Resolved a failure in the CDI import of BTe PoS transactions caused by missing markdown codes. The fix reverts to obtaining the original price from the CIMS price list, applying the necessary markdown code for pricing differences.
