Prologic Head Office Release Notes - Version 9.2.5

Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the Prologic Head Office version 9.2.5.

Summary

This release includes a total of 7 bug fixes and 1 new feature aimed at improving functionality and customer satisfaction.

Features

The following new feature has been added:

• Order Processing Enhancement: CIMS has been enhanced to process Order details sent from Store6 and return a new Order number along with relevant error messages (CID PROLOGICCID-2180).

Bug Fixes

The release addresses several key issues:

• Transaction Type Issue (CID PROLOGICCID-1921): An intermediate transaction type was incorrectly visible to customers; this has been resolved.
• Sortation Bay Fix (CID PROLOGICCID-2351): The issue where multiple e-commerce orders were assigned to a single sortation bay has been fixed.
• WebServices Script Improvement (CID PROLOGICCID-2407): Startup scripts for WebServices were getting stuck, preventing other scripts from running. This has been corrected.
• Stock Movement Accuracy (CID PROLOGICCID-2416): Incorrect stock quantities sent to the AX system during stock movements have been rectified.
• Promotion Name Error (CID PROLOGICCID-2423): Resolved an issue where long promotion descriptions led to errors in the Point of Sale forms.
• Outbound File Quantities (CID PROLOGICCID-2427): Adjustments made to the stock adjustment export routine have corrected quantity discrepancies in outbound files.
• PoS Transaction Validation (CID PROLOGICCID-2440): Modifications to the CDI PoS transactions routine prevent unnecessary validation errors related to misc costs.

Known Issues

Current known issues affecting the Head Office CIMS and Point of Sale products include:

• Import Errors (PROLOGICCID-1666): Records with non-null sac_sor_num cause errors during import.
• Gift Voucher Redemption Incorrect (PROLOGICCID-1730): System incorrectly marks vouchers as redeemed.
• Exchange Transaction Issues (PROLOGICCID-2008): Problems with net sale exchange transactions during import.
• Credit Note Issues (PROLOGICCID-2101): Difficulty issuing credit note partial refunds.
• Geographical Validation (PROLOGICCID-2191): Postcode validation for Irish addresses needs to be enhanced.
