Prologic Head Office Release Notes Version 9.2.0

Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the Prologic Head Office version 9.2.0.

Summary

This release consists of 3 new features and 41 bug fixes aimed at enhancing the performance and usability of Prologic Head Office.

New Features

• PROLOGICCID-1734: Introduction of a new form DE0D (XDI Runner) which allows users to select XDI routines from a list and either execute or schedule them.
• PROLOGICCID-2088: Intelligent Multi Channel Allocation - Despatch from Store, improving sales order processing by considering stock at selected stores when warehouse stock is unavailable.
• PROLOGICCID-2137: Enhanced handling of data locks during CDI forward movements, preventing work units from being marked as failures, with a new parameter to activate this feature.

Bug Fixes

• PROLOGICCID-1806: Fixed an issue where Form FL9C (Company Months) did not support querying using wildcards against date fields.
• PROLOGICCID-2121: Improved performance for loading Form FL9D (Company Calendar) to ensure it opens instantly now.
• PROLOGICCID-2126: Resolved an error related to the replenishment process in AR0P which was failing due to an empty CIMS Control parameter.
• PROLOGICCID-2156: Fixed an issue that caused multiple shipment confirmation files to be sent when a despatch had multiple picks.
• PROLOGICCID-2213: Increased the username field length in the User Administration screen from 6 to 20 characters.

Known Issues

The following are the current known issues with Prologic Head Office CIMS:

• PROLOGICCID-1666: Errors upon CIMS import for records with specific parameters.
• PROLOGICCID-1730: Issues with unreleased gift vouchers showing as redeemed.
• PROLOGICCID-2293: Failures due to locks or negative stock on the HS0C form.
