ObjectStore Standard 2022.1 Release Notes

Introduction

We are happy to share the release notes for the ObjectStore Standard 2022.1 (ObjectStore 2013.0 update 24).

Summary

The main changes in this release include bug fixes, new features, and enhancements to existing functionalities.

New Features

A new environment variable OS_SERVER_RESERVE_MEMORY has been introduced, allowing for the reservation of memory during server startup to handle out-of-memory conditions.

Resolved Issues

Multiple vulnerabilities have been addressed, including updates to Jetty and Restlet versions, and issues related to accessing architectures and memory management have been resolved.

Known Issues

Support for Visual Studio 2010, 2012, and 2013 will be discontinued in future releases. Additionally, databases exceeding 1 TB may encounter crashes and data loss, requiring monitoring and potential compaction.
