• NVPCID-10979: Business logic improved to report consistent W2 amounts for non-standard states.
• NVPCID-10983: Logic for reprinted checks updated to compute accrual amounts correctly.
• NVPCID-10992: Added instructions for Paid Leave Oregon Contribution for 2023.
• NVPCID-10994: Updated California State Tax for 2023.
• NVPCID-10995: Updated Kentucky State Tax for 2023.
