We are happy to share the release notes for the Acorn Performance Analyzer 5G (PA5G) and Acorn Advanced Analytics Version 3 (AAAv3) 2021.4.

The 2021.4 release focuses on enhancing application performance, resolving key issues, and improving user experience.
New Features
- Performance improvements for the Resource Pool page load times when dealing with extensive records.
- Enhanced display of AUC User columns, now showing usernames instead of user IDs.
- Fix for the AUC Duration column formatting issues to ensure proper display.
- Resolutions in the Transactions section where deleted rows no longer reappear after saving changes.
- Fixed non-functionality of the 'Browse cube in Excel' feature in the Cube Management home page.
- Sorting issues in the Transactions page have also been rectified.
Resolved Issues
- ACID-38458: Addressed slow load performance on the Support Resource Pool page.
- ACID-38244: Resolved issue displaying User ID instead of the username in Time Periods.
- ACID-38292: Fixed formatting issues in the AUC Duration column.
- ACID-37637: Prevented deleted rows from reappearing after saving.
- ACID-38222: Resolved issues with the Browse cube button in Cube Management.
- ACID-38242: Sorting issues in the Transactions section have been fixed.
Release Notes
Upgrade and Installation Notes
Please ensure to follow the guidelines for installation and upgrading which include;
- Backup your existing databases before starting the upgrade process.
- Required changes for Microsoft SQL Ports due to SQL Server 2016.
- Ensure the application targets Windows Server 2016 or later.
- AG-Grid license requirement for production deployments.
Known Issues
Some known issues remain which may affect functionalities:
- Discover limitations in cost allocations combining corporate and facility costs.
- AAA Load&Process may encounter deadlock errors under specific configurations.
- A request for retry mechanisms during connectivity issues with SQL Server is pending resolution.
- AAA database may retain irrelevant time data impacting performance.
