Overview
Customers using the Comprehensive Accounts Payable and Purchasing System (CAPPS) may encounter an issue with missing batch data fields after a fiscal year turnover, namely missing the "Post to Year" fields when entering a P/O.

This is functioning as designed. Most of the times, the fiscal year turnover process is done before the actual end of the fiscal year, to make sure that all the data is prepped for auditing and to cover for potential issues and give time to fix them.
The system does not display the Post to year field until the actual year-end happens, and the new fiscal year commences. Once the new fiscal year has started, the option to select the year of posting in the Batch header data should become available.
